Terms & Conditions

Design Interpretation & Manufacturing Feasibility

Furniture designs shared via photographs, edited images, digital renders, catalogues, Pinterest, or social media content are treated as conceptual references only. Due to digital editing, perspective distortion, lighting effects, or artistic enhancements:

  • Certain visual elements may not be technically feasible or manufacturable.
  • Mithuz Private Limited reserves the right to modify, adjust, or simplify designs to ensure structural integrity, safety, and manufacturability.
  • Exact duplication of digitally edited images is not guaranteed.

Colour & Finish Variation: Digital and printed images may display colours differently due to lighting, device settings, photography, or printing. Variations in colour, tone, grain, texture, or finish are natural and not considered defects.

Wall Mounting & Installation Liability: For wall-mounted items, customers are responsible for ensuring that the wall or installation surface is structurally suitable. Mithuz Private Limited is not responsible for damage, detachment, loosening, or failure caused by weak walls, hollow blocks, concealed plumbing or electrical lines, or other site conditions beyond the company’s control.

Customer Inspection & Acceptance

Customers must inspect furniture items within three (3) business days of notification of completion.

  • Failure to inspect or provide feedback will be deemed acceptance, except for valid warranty claims.
  • Written approval or feedback must be provided within two (2) business days of inspection.
  • Post-inspection modifications: Subject to management review. Approval and pricing at management discretion. Costs communicated before proceeding if chargeable.
  • Cancellations or returns after approval/delivery are not accepted, except where a valid manufacturing defect exists under warranty.

Materials & Fabric

  • All fabric selections must be confirmed by the customer.
  • Natural materials (e.g., wood) may show variations in grain, texture, or colour, which are not defects.

Orders, Quotations & Payment

  • Quotations are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Orders confirmed only upon receipt of required advance payment.
  • Advance Payment Policy: 60% advance payment is required unless specified otherwise. Advance payments are non-refundable, covering administrative and production costs. If production has not commenced, advances may be transferred to future orders upon written request before production begins.

Ownership & Cancellation

  • Ownership: All products remain the property of Mithuz Private Limited until full payment is received.
  • Cancellation Policy: Orders cancelled after production begins incur charges proportional to work completed. Custom-made items cannot be refunded once materials are cut or fabrication has started.

Natural Wood Movement & Product Care

  • Wood may expand, contract, or slightly change shape due to temperature, humidity, and environmental conditions. Minor gaps, hairline cracks, or seasonal adjustments are natural and not defects.
  • Customers must follow provided care instructions. Furniture must be used only as intended and within recommended load limits.

Liability & Load Capacity

  • Mithuz Private Limited is not responsible for damage due to misuse, mishandling, overloading, water, humidity, pests, or environmental factors.
  • Furniture items have specified maximum load capacities; exceeding limits may result in damage for which the company is not liable.
  • Use in high-moisture environments is at the customer’s own risk unless specified for such use.
  • Limitation of Consequential Loss: The company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including damage to items placed on furniture.

Non-Collusion & General Terms

  • Customers shall not engage employees privately for pricing, discounts, or orders outside official channels. All communications must be conducted through authorized representatives. Violation may result in order cancellation without refund.
  • Mithuz Private Limited reserves the right to amend or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are bound by the latest version applicable at the time of order or delivery.
